Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack your items in their original box, ensuring all tags are attached and any technical components are properly padded.

  Label and Ship

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, attach it to the exterior of the box, and drop it off at any authorized courier location.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technicians verify the condition of your return, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days.
