Every Vitus bike is fully built and inspected by our qualified mechanics before being packed into a secure, heavy-duty bike box. You will only need to perform minor assembly such as straightening the handlebars and attaching pedals.
What is the warranty policy on Vitus frames?
We offer a comprehensive 5-year warranty on all Vitus frames against manufacturing defects. Components are covered by their respective manufacturer warranties, typically ranging from 1 to 2 years.
Can I return my bike if it is the wrong size?
Yes, we offer a 30-day return policy. If the bike is unridden and in its original packaging, you can return it for a full refund or exchange. Please consult our size guide before purchasing to ensure the perfect fit.
Do you ship bikes internationally?
